Delete my GoMarine account

This translation is provided for information only. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

From the app

1. Open GoMarine and sign in.
2. Go to Profile, then Account.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm with Delete permanently.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Without the app

Write to support@gomarine.app from your account's email address, or stating the phone number you use to sign in. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm it to you by email.

What is deleted

• Your account and your sign-in methods (email, phone, links with Google, Apple or Facebook).
• Your zones, activities, criteria, availability and planned outings.
• Your preferences and your notification history.
• All your open sessions, on all your devices.
• The notification tokens of your devices.

Deleting your GoMarine account does not delete your Google, Apple or Facebook account. Technical backups are erased when their retention period expires, as stated in the privacy policy.
